Jose Maria Cordoba

Don Jose Maria has a family unit consisting of 3 children aged 3 to 9, who are in primary and secondary school.
They are very good students and hope to attend university in the future to help their father.

The farm has an average of 1.78 hectares in flat areas, 3.01 hectares on slopes, and 4.78 hectares in mid-mountain areas. It is located at an altitude of 2,850 meters above sea level in Cayambe, Pichincha, Ecuador.
The component of annual and semi-permanent crops varies from one area to another. Crops identified include chili peppers, plantains, cassava, and flowers.
The flower cultivation is located in the Cayambe region, covering an area of 3,000 m², dedicated exclusively to growing the finest roses.
It manages varieties such as Freedom, Vendela, and Pink Floyd.
Livestock Component. Mainly cows, horses, and chickens.
Water Regulation Component. Plants are located at water sources or around cisterns, along with timber, forage, and fruit species that contribute to water conservation, local climate regulation, and support the habitat of wildlife species.
Fruit Component. In all three areas, traditional fruit trees predominate, with 18 tree, shrub, and vine species.
